Configuration Sam Broadcaster Ice

This guide covers the basics of Sam Broadcaster Configuration for Icecast 2.31

Downloading the necessary program

To set up your Radio Station, you need to download Sam Broadcaster:

• Sam Brodcaster (14 Days Trial -  License $279) - Professional Broadcast Software and DJ Systems. Download it here.

Step 1

• Get a new encoder... First go to the pull down menu for window and select encoder. Now...there are two ways from this area to add a new encoder, either that plus button thats in the encoder window, or go to the file menu and go to new. Both ways you'll see the same next step.

Step 2

• Select the type of encoding, lets just say mp3.. thats easy!

Step 3

• Setup the mp3 encoder, set this up acording to what package you have gotten

Step 4

• Configure the encoder, yea yea... I need a screen shot of this, but in the next window select Icecast at the top, then change the station name to whatever you want and stuff... then type in your password, port number, and change the mount point to /live or whatever you want

Step 5

• You exited??? this is it!! Hit the play button!!
